2. Fitness & Nutrition. They go hand in hand. I’ll help you pick the best fitness and nutrition program to reach your goals! Working out hard without having a food plan is like buying a Maserati and putting diesel gas in it!
3. Support & Accountability. I'll work with you every single day in my private Facebook accountability groups. You will really understand WHAT you’re doing and WHY. You’ll have a place to ask questions AND get solid answers. You’ll learn from others who are also improving their health & fitness, and hear all about their results and experiences! You'll get your mind in the right place and KEEP it there! This is a HUGE reason why my groups are so successful.
Your fitness plan will be something that you actually like and it will get you results. You’ll be able to do this from home, the gym or even on vacation with minimal equipment. No longer will you go to the gym, trying to figure out what to do. Or just make it to a few spin classes every month. You’ll finally have a plan!
We’ll also take a close look at your nutrition. Based on your program, we’ll determine exactly how many calories you need each day, but then we’ll also take it a few steps further. We’ll create a meal plan based on whole foods and solid nutrition.
These foods and recipes will be simple, but incredibly nutritious, filling and energizing! And DELICIOUS! There’s no point in making food that tastes awful, and there are SO many delicious recipes! We’ll also talk about how to incorporate Shakeology into your meal plan and its MANY benefits!
The program prices vary depending on what you select. But workout programs are often less than the cost of a month’s gym membership, and you only have to purchase the package once! Shakeology meal replacement shakes are less than what you’re spending at Starbucks (and far healthier) and often much less than what you spend for lunch or breakfast every day.
