My accountability groups are held through private Facebook groups with other women starting a brand new fitness & nutrition program – just like you!
These groups take on that “little voice” in your head for you – that little voice that says it’s just too hard, you’re too tired, it won’t work, you’ll do it tomorrow, you need that extra piece of cake, and on and on…That voice just does NOT stand a chance against a group of women supporting each other!
The groups will hold you accountable, provide a place for you to ask questions and get answers right away, provide awesome support and daily 1:1 check-ins, and give you a TON of information & guidance on how to be successful!
We talk about HOW to make it all work – we don’t just tell you that you should.
These groups are the “glue” to getting results – the fitness and nutrition programs support your body, and the online groups support your mind & spirit! YOU CAN DO THIS!
Losing weight is not a black & white process. There are emotions, worries, questions, long days, missed workouts, vacations and that negative little voice that tells you to just start again next week or that it’s just too hard.
SUPPORT & ACCOUNTABILITY are the missing pieces for so many people!
There is a HUGE emotional component to losing weight & getting healthy that can often sabotage your best efforts.
I can absolutely say that there's no way I'd be so consistent without being part of this group - one day off turns into 2... and then into 3 ... and then you're tired BECAUSE you're not working out ... and then you're eating is off track ... and then it's the weekend... Sound familiar? Yeah - I've been there, too! No joke!
The answer?? THESE GROUPS! They are filled with positive, inspiring women who are just like you & me – trying to juggle it all, wanting to make some healthy changes, needing encouragement and taking a leap of faith that this will work!
