1 year of Beachbody ✔️ 🎉🎉👍👍
Today was the final work out and coincides with my 1 year Beachbody anniversary!!
I joined Beachbody just before my 41st birthday with the plan of adding muscle, getting a six pack and getting as fit as possible in 1 year. I’ll be 42 soon and am delighted with my results, it wasn’t always easy but it hasn’t been hard either!
Seeing everyones sweaty selfies and stories everyday kept me motivated so thank you all x
I lost a total of 16 inches over my entire body!
I now weigh 131lb which means a 13lb over loss the year.
My body feels and looks totally different...I’ve gone from ‘soft’ to ‘hard’ in a year and I feel great! ❤️💥

I've always struggled with my weight, eating out of boredom or stress, but the past few years have been especially hard, and it got to the point where I stopped looking in the mirror.
It's really hard to look at the "before" picture, to think that I let myself get to that point, but I own it because it's a huge part of who I am and a reminder of how far I've come.
Honestly, I initially made the decision to join Beachbody so I could fit into a dress for a wedding but loved the changes I was seeing so much that I decided to go all in with 80 Day Obsession in January.
Since then, everything has improved. I now have more energy, sleep better, am more engaged at work, my skin is clear and my eyes are brighter.
I got a promotion, moved into a place of my own, and now have a clear vision of what I want for my future.
I also now have a healthy relationship with food, never thinking that I "can't" eat something, just that I don't want to because it doesn't align with my goals and how I want to feel.
I'm so thankful to have been introduced to Beachbody, and to have our wonderful and supportive group of women showing up every day for each other.
I'm looking forward to continuing this journey, to see how far I can push myself and continue to be there for others as they do the same!

Ever wonder if it's *really* possible to turn back the hands of time through NUTRITION & EXERCISE?

I can say without a doubt, 100%, ABSOLUTELY - YES IT IS!!!

JUST WOW!!!!! The changes in Andrea's face alone are amazing!!
This has totally changed her life in so many positive ways!! I LOVE it!! ❤️
She's also been an incredible testament to the importance of little drops in the bucket adding up to big changes!
Her goals at first were modest - to just start eating a little better and get back into a light workout routine. Easy enough, right?
Her work schedule had consumed her work/life balance, and she wanted help to make a little time for herself to focus on health. She just wanted to start feeling better.
She's lost over 40 lbs(!!) and her co-workers constantly ask her "what have you been DOING??!" :) Most importantly, she feels vibrant and alive!
If you’ve been following me and thought about joining me, why not now? What can happen for YOU? So exciting!!!
PM me for details - I'd love for you to join us!!

Becoming part of this group over 2 years ago changed my life!

I was the heaviest I had ever been.

My daughter was 1-year old at the time and I have congenital heart disease so knew that I needed to focus on my health. Beachbody and the group provided me with a plan that was doable and the accountability that I needed.

I started learning how to eat and how much better

I felt when I ate good, real food.

That was what kept me going. 37 lbs down and 4 lbs to go to hit my ultimate goal and be in a “normal” BMI range for the first time in 10+years!

Just wrapped 80 Day Obsession.  I have to say, I really love this program.

When I started, I honestly didn't think I would.  I thought it would be too long, very hard and that I would get bored, honestly.

Boy, was I wrong!

It was HARD, but is was NOT boring and I really am shocked at how fast the 80 days have come and gone.

I was not perfect every day, missed days here and there....but what I loved the most, was looking forward to working out on my schedule, knowing that another fabulous and different day was coming.

I learned a lot, like not hitting snooze, and getting right out of bed.

I also tried, and now love Energize (they call it liquid gold for a reason).

If you are thinking at all, maybe a little about trying this program, DO IT!  You won't regret it!

I share this picture because after having baby #2, I honestly didn't know if my tummy could ever go back!

After Ava, I literally could barely flex my stomach muscles... They were so weak - they felt non-existent and it hurt to even try to lightly contract them. It reminded me of when I got a cast off my wrist after I'd broken it and I could barely lift my hand... total limp! lol

The point is that our bodies are capable of amazing changes! It's not about drastic diets or hours upon hours in the gym... For me, I eat 5-6 times a day (REAL foods), and I work out 5-6 times a week for 30 minutes a day. That's it!

I LOVE sharing this with other people, too. I LOVE seeing other people's transformations and supporting them on their health & fitness journeys!!

It's amazing how quickly change can happen!

And so many more testimonials...

“I couldn’t do a real push up before starting this journey in October (2015), and now I can do over 10! (March 2016) And I’ve lost about 11 lbs, and I have definition in the top of my abs for the first time in my life. The biggest change though, is the way I feel. More energy, stronger, and I know how to eat to make myself feel good. I know how to indulge and when not to. My nutrition is definitely still my weakest link, but it is far better than it’s ever been. I don’t think I’ll ever be someone who can eat clean 95% of the time, but I’m okay with that. I’m more of a 70/30 kind of girl, I think. But that is hugely different than what it used to be!
“I’m so thankful that you reached out to me a couple of months ago… that definitely put me on the path to reach out to you when I was ready. The group has been so helpful in holding myself accountable. I have so much energy, and I am down 8 lbs since I started this week. I know this is not sustainable [continuing to lose that much each week], but I think it is telling of how drinking enough water and eating cleaner has just totally cleansed my body of crap. I feel so good and inspired to keep it up! Thank you!!”
After finishing Total Body Fix, I could tell such a difference today from how I did the first time I did this workout [2 weeks ago]. I don’t have to use as many modifications and I just feel so much stronger. So awesome!
Week 3 started today with total cardio fix. My limit for sticking with workouts has been 2 weeks. So excited to break this milestone!
Upper Fix 1/2 done this morning. I was running too late to get it all in. Stay tuned for my evening selfie after I finish the second half  Also, I found myself able to do so much more this week and I felt robbed that I didn’t get my full 30 minutes. I love this new mindset and consider it a big win!
Dirty 30 done. Ready for the weekend. I must be getting into a routine. My girls asked when they got up if I had done my exercise yet and if they could watch me. They also like showing me their exercise routines. My goal of being a good example for my girls is being achieved in just 6 days.
Went to one of my favorite restaurants tonight and instead of ordering my usual I got a salad full of veggies with dressing on the side, and just the right amount of meat. Christa [my co-host of the group] helped me so much! She even looked at the menu for me. I also put my portions on another small plate. As I was sitting there I said, “I never thought I’d be the type of person to ever order dressing on the side.” I’m that person now. Thanks for all the help and motivation!

Cardio Fix done! I also had my shake and am feeling good! Today was a challenge (most days have been), but it’s been so awesome to have my husband’s and this group’s support! Thank you all so much! You all motivate me to keep doing it!
Thank you all for your support. I’ve been feeling a little down these last few days which made some doubts creep into my head, but these results, compliments, and your support has given me another boost of motivation!!
Hubby coming home early from work didn’t happen, so neither did my afternoon yoga class (at the studio)… But what DID go down was an episode of Pilates Fix Extreme!! And that is reason # 4,367 why I love being able to work out from home!!
Lower fix and second half of upper fix done! Feeling great! Just ran around with my older son as we waited for the bus and I love the energy I have this morning!
All 5s today. Thank you for the group encouragement!! Also thank you to Margy and Christa for being great coaches. It has been hard but not impossible. Also I have had a really rough work week. Having this group and having something I could control really gave me something to feel good about. I have felt empowered that I was finally doing something for me. No matter what was happening in the world around me I did not quit!
