Getting "FIT" can mean a lot of things to different people! And why? Because we all have different goals!
For the most part, my clients want many of the same things. To tone. Lose body fat. Lift certain (ahem) assets. :) To flatten other areas. To keep up with their kiddos without getting winded. To get back into their "pre-pregnancy" jeans.
Some want to run their first Half Marathon. Other clients are perfectly happy with their weight, but want to gain muscle and definition. And others just want to get back to a routine of exercising 3x a week. These are ALL awesome goals, and it's important that they're also paired with solid NUTRITION and SUPPORT!
