Q: How is the program laid out? Are there phases?
A: YES! There are 3 phases, each 2 weeks long. Phase 1: COMMIT. You'll start with the 2-week "commit" phase. This gets your mind in the game & your body some great results. Phase 2: CLIMB. You'll continue to do your daily dose of physical AND mental "therapy" ... yup! I said therapy! There's a HUGE mental component to this program! Phase 3. CONQUER. You'll enter the final phase ready to really dial it in, finish STRONG, and ROCK those results! Q: What kind of fitness level do I need to start? A: You start where you are. For real! There are modifiers for every move because we KNOW that you're (most likely) going to need to modify SOMETHING. Whether it's because you have "bad knees" or you're just starting on your fitness journey or something else, the point is to give it YOUR BEST EFFORT. That's how you improve & get results. It's about progress, not perfection!
Q: Is this low-impact?
A: Beachbody isn't considering this low-impact. BUT, there are lots of modifiers AND ZERO high jumps, diamond squats, or anything like you've seen in Max:30 or Insanity.

A: Are YOU going to do the work? The results you get will be a reflection of your effort. Plain & simple. Trust the process, follow your plan, and you are going to be AMAZED with how your body changes!
