I can't even begin to tell you how many times I'm asked, "How can I get hard boiled eggs to PEEL easily??" What's the best recipe? How long should I boil them? Do I need salt? Should I flash cool them as soon as they stop cooking???
How do I get them to stop looking like this??

I call it the "FAST Slow Cooker." It's really that awesome! Not only will your hard boiled eggs come out perfectly every time, ANYTHING else you cook in it will, too! You can literally place ALL your ingredients into it, secure the lid, set the timer, and everything will be cooked perfectly inside in a fraction of the time of a crockpot (but with the same delicious taste!)

In today's day and age, people will stop listening very quickly if you steer them wrong even once... I'm the same way, so I understand :) All this being said, the Instant Pot is life changing!! :)

Hard boiled eggs are a great on-the-go snack or breakfast! They can easily be added to any salad for a serving of protein, too! I use them as a snack or breakfast almost daily!
