Q: SO, SEEEERRRRIOUSLY .... ONLY 20 MINUTES???  Will I really get results?
A:  Well, first,  Shaun T. :)  But second, take a look at these "before & afters" from the test group!

Q: What's the "short & skinny" on this program
  • You can expect to lose 3 to 7 lbs in the first week.
  • You'll use a step (but no, this is not like your grandma's step class!!)
  • 6 days a week, 20 minutes a day 
  • Transform:20 is a 6 week program
  • ALL the workouts are different & brand new - NO repeats!!​
Q:  Who is this program BEST for?
A: People who want RESULTS!!!

Q: What kind of equipment will I need? 
A: 
  • A workout step - this is the "official" Transform:20 step here. Or something like this one will work too! 
    Some test group participants prefer the Beachbody on because they thought the moves & transitions were easier to do with it.  Those dimensions are 11" x 27" x 4".
  • Free weights. I usually suggest heading to Target or Dick's to pick up weights.
Q: How is the program laid out?  Are there phases? 
A:  YES! There are 3 phases, each 2 weeks long.
Phase 1: COMMIT.  You'll start with the 2-week "commit" phase.  This gets your mind in the game & your body some great results.  
Phase 2: CLIMB.
You'll continue to do your daily dose of physical AND mental "therapy" ... yup!  I said therapy!  There's a HUGE mental component to this program!
Phase 3. CONQUER.  You'll enter the final phase ready to really dial it in, finish STRONG, and ROCK those results!

Q: What kind of fitness level do I need to start?
A:  You start where you are. For real! There are modifiers for every move because we KNOW that you're (most likely) going to need to modify SOMETHING.  
Whether it's because you have "bad knees" or you're just starting on your fitness journey or something else, the point is to give it YOUR BEST EFFORT.  That's how you improve & get results.  It's about progress, not perfection!
Q: Is this low-impact? 
A:  Beachbody isn't considering this low-impact.  BUT, there are lots of modifiers AND ZERO high jumps, diamond squats, or anything like you've seen in Max:30 or Insanity.  
Q: Is this program really going to work?
A:  Are YOU going to do the work?
The results you get will be a reflection of your effort.  Plain & simple.  Trust the process, follow your plan, and you are going to be AMAZED with how your body changes!

Shaun T's Insanity Max:30 - this program was only 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week! So, it totally makes sense that 20 minutes/6 days a week will ALSO get amazing results!

I have been getting so many questions about the NEW TRANSFORM:20 program so I want to take some time to share with you what the program entails plus different options so you can get started!

SO - What’s included in Transform :20?
  • 2 Prep Workouts – Do these before you begin the program to get an idea of what’s to come! You can do those in December in my VIP launch group. We are going to be doing Shaun T’s prep schedule as a group.  I'll walk you through all of it!
  • 36 Unique Workouts – Each day has a different 20 minute workout done in real time with no do-overs or repeats to keep you engaged and motivated.
  • 6 Bonus Routines – These can be done in addition to your regular workouts or on days off.
  • 6 Bonus Weighted Workouts – These full-body workouts utilize dumbbells to take your workout up a notch. I'll definitely be adding these to my workout schedule, but even if you "modify the modifier", you'll STILL get results!
  • Transformers – Each workout features three 1-minute physical challenges that repeat weekly. You use the tracking sheet that comes with your kit to write your number of reps for each transformer and the goal is to beat out your number from the week prior.  
Who is Transform :20 for?
  • All levels of fitness.
  • No - really.  ALL levels.  You can modify the hell out of it ALL - as long as you're making YOUR best effort, you will get awesome results!  
  • Busy people- legit you can find 20 minutes if you really want to make the change! RIGHT!
  • Those looking for a simple at-home solution! This was key for me when I started working out because it was exhausting for me to drag my kids to the gym & honestly, I just didn't have that sort of time!

When is it available?
  • December 4th: Is the early access VIP LAUNCH and you can purchase your package.  See below for options!
  • December 11th: 2 prep workouts (with purchase) and a free sample workout go live on BOD.  I'll get you hooked up with it if you don't already have it!
  • January 14th: VIP Early Access goes live through March 31st. PLUS my challenge group starts this day! Pre-Season starts on the 7th!
  • April 1st: Transform :20 is available to all BOD members.
How can I get started?
  1. Choose your package option and make sure that I am your assigned coach!
  2. Get signed up on Dec. 4th when the packages go live & MAKE SURE you are in my VIP Transform:20 prep group!
  3. Download and print the prep schedule (located in my prep group).
  4. Make sure you are plugged into the group! Prep week starts on Jan. 7th and day 1 of the program starts Jan. 14th!
