I truly LOVE helping other women reclaim their health & vitality! It's the most amazing experience to see a mom/sister/friend/daughter reach a point in her journey and say, "I feel so strong and healthy again!  ... I wasn't sure it was possible, but it's happening!!!"  

Here's the thing - it IS possible!  It's SO possible!  And sure, getting healthy & fit can be a complex and sensitive issue… Believe me, I know. But, there’s a LOT of hope no matter where you are in your journey!

Your body CAN become healthy & strong again at any point in your life – after babies, injuries, illnesses or even gaining 50+ pounds. And even after you think it just can’t.  I promise, it CAN!

​Helping others reclaim this gift of health is a driving passion in my life.  Because when we feel GREAT, our world is a much brighter place and we can give so much more!!  And when our bodies feel strong, alive, supported and inspired, there's no end to what we can accomplish! Right?  Right!

My Story
My struggle with my weight started when I was young (around 9) and continued into my early adulthood. I understand not feeling comfortable in your clothes. I understand how frustrating it can be to not understand what you should eat or how you should workout.  BUT, I also know the “fire in your belly” that comes when you figure this all out and start turning your life around!

During my 6 years of active duty service in the U.S. Navy, I learned how to eat simply and well, and exercise daily – but not in excess.  Lifting light weights, doing cardio, and eating small nutritious meals every few hours transformed my body!  I totally cut out the junk and learned how to eat well! Food was now my FUEL!  I felt empowered, strong and in control of my body, my eating and my mind. It completely changed everything!

Eat for LIFE!   
Fast forward almost 20 years, and I still follow an 80/20 approach to eating. I “eat clean” 80% of the time so I will always feel good about having birthday cake!  Life is way too short NOT to eat birthday cake! :)  I teach others how to follow this approach, too! 
I’ve gained a combined 80 lbs with two pregnancies, and I’ve also lost it all twice with simple workouts, solid nutrition & the support of an AMAZING accountability group!!! 
Our bodies WANT to be strong and healthy – we just have to give it what it needs!

I thrive on inspiration.  I desperately need it the same way I do air, food, & water! For REAL!

And fitness is the most fun when my clients are inspired, motivated & excited, too!


What I love about my private fitness groups are the genuine friendships formed - it's become a sisterhood that welcomes new members with open arms!  This is a safe place with TONS of encouragement, motivation & support!

We KNOW it’s better to focus on "progress not perfection". And we also know it’s important to be honest and real with each other & ourselves!  This is a place where that’s welcomed!
