You can use it by itself (it's a great way to get back on track after a long weekend or before a special event) OR to jumpstart your results before starting a new health & fitness routine :) The program walks you through everything step-by-step, and we'd work together through all of it. It contains a menu planner with lots of easy-to-make, nutritious and delicious meals, a list of fruit and veggie options, guilt-free flavorings, and recipes for fresh-pressed juices. I'd also help you make your shopping list for the grocery store!
