So, What exactly is the Reset? It’s a 21 day gentle cleanse that helps you restore your body’s natural balance.
Do I follow a specific plan? How often will I be grocery shopping? The meal plan is laid out daily for you which keeps meal prep easy. You'll have an exact grocery list to shop from at the beginning of each week! The plan also changes each week to keep you from getting bored. Another benefit? You can substitute any meal for another meal on the plan during the same week. Your daily supplements are also planned for you - I love setting a phone reminder to keep me on track!

Why are there weekly "Phases" to the Reset? Each week is a new phase of the cleanse! In Week 1, RECLAIM, you’ll start gradually removing foods that put a strain on the body. These would include red meat, dairy, caffeine, and all processed/artificial/boxed foods. You'll be using 4 of the 6 supplements this week to help optimize your body's systems. You'll also likely notice reduction in cravings for sugar and caffeine!
In Week 2, RELEASE, you'll be eating a vegan meal plan which will focus on gut health, releasing toxins and waste, and eating protein-based whole grains, fruits and vegetables. You’ll modify your diet so that digestion becomes easier, and digestive problems you may have experienced before such as bloating and indigestion will be significantly reduced as your gastrointestinal tract is cleansed.
Week 3 is called the RESTORE Phase. Your body is primed to start re-filling it with good things like pre- and probiotics, and continue with your last week of vegan meals! Many people start to experience a profound positive change in their mood and energy levels!
Is this an intense program? For some, yes ... for some people, not as much. But I wouldn't necessarily call it "easy." For some, it's more of a mental challenge - for some, it's more of a physical challenge. But for everyone, it's going to change up your schedule with some awesome new approaches!
I always suggest making sure you can dedicate 3 full weeks to this program. It's a difficult program to complete if you're planning on traveling, attending social events with food/alcohol/desserts, expecting to entertain guests, or generally unable to commit for 21 days. If you can't fully commit, there are tons of other awesome fitness & nutrition approaches with more flexibility I can share!
Are the Benefits & Results worth it? ABSOLUTELY!
Will I be hungry? Personally, there are times throughout the day where I am hungry, but these moments also give me space to recognize if it's truly feeling hungry, or if I'm reaching for chips/crackers/snacks/wine out of emotional habits.
(I can't even tell you how many times I'll reach for a wine glass at the start of this program around 5 pm out of habit! Or reach for chips as a filler between lunch & dinner. But - This is where the mental magic happens for breaking those habits!!)
I can always add in an extra healthy snack from the shared list of options to satisfy my true hunger - and more often than not, another meal is right around the corner!

You’ll also receive a 30-Day trial to Beachbody on Demand!! This is Beachbody’s streaming service for all of their workouts. While you shouldn’t do intense workouts, there are specific yoga routines just for the reset! In addition to Beachbody on Demand, you’ll also get access to FIXATE a cooking show on their as well.
What types of Results are common? Of course, everyone's different. My clients typically lose between 6 and 12 lbs during the 21 days, on average. I normally lose between 8 and 12 lbs, personally. But the weight loss if often just the cherry on top! Sleeping better, having more energy, feeling more positive, reducing all those controlling cravings, feeling happier & being in better control of emotional habits are ALL benefits I hear regularly!
How is this different than other cleanse programs? I truly believe that our bodies are pretty amazing at "detoxing" on a daily basis. It's more about how HARD are you making your body work to cleanse itself of toxins (alcohol, sugar, processed foods, etc.) & digest your food based on what you're putting INTO your body. When you give your body a break from having to work so hard at detoxing, you'll be amazed at how quickly you'll feel a shift over to healing! The Ultimate Reset is just as much mental as it is physical. The main thing is you’ll be on an elimination meal plan to see what foods may disrupt your digestion, cause acne, lack of energy, etc. It’s also a chance to try out new foods and healthier habits! Also, YOU’LL NEVER HAVE TO JUST DRINK YOUR CALORIES, RUN TO THE BATHROOM OR SKIP A MEAL WITH THIS PROGRAM.
